Established in 1987, Fujian Fujitsu Communications
Software Co., Ltd. (FFCS) is specialized in the information field.
It conducts research and development in software, system integration
and technical support. It is one of the earliest joint-venture
companies invested by the original China Post & Telecommunication
System, as well as it was the first Sino-Japanese joint-venture
enterprise in which Japan FUJITSU invested.
Over the 17 years since its establishment, FFCS has become the
key technical support organization of China Telecommunication.
FFCS was also confirmed by China Telecommunication as an owner-control
shareholding of  foreign investment company listed on the stock
market. In 2001, as a main investor and strategic partner, it created
Fujian Forich Software Technology Co., Ltd. It also established
branch companies and offices in Beijing and Japan.
In order to develop the advantages of software export in close
cooperation with governments, FFCS was a leader in the establishment
of Fujian Software International. It established an overseas representative
office in Welsh, United Kingdom. Capitalizing on its vast experience
in development and management for overseas software, it has become
a beacon for its strategic partner companies in the planning and
implementation of software exports from the province of Fujian
to the global markets. FFCS initiated the strategic concept of
